Bounce-On – Terms & Conditions of Hire
DON’T RISK YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY – Use only equipment with a current PIPA certificate.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and the Terms and Conditions are adhered to:
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to persons using our equipment and any damage to the Inflatable.
- Our Bouncy Castles are only suitable & insured for ages, 2-14 (Child’s Bouncy Castle).
- No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle, this will avoid risk of choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in an obviously dirty state then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge of £20).
- All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
- No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
- No smoking or barbeques near the Bouncy Castle.
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on the Bouncy Castle walls is DANGEROUS and MUST NOT be allowed.
- A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
- Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit the number of people on it, according to their age and size. Try to ensure similar aged/sized children only use the bouncy castle at the same time. (Max of 6 children at any one time on the castle).
- Do not allow anyone to push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to cause injures or distress to others.
- No pets, toys or sharp instruments allowed on the Bouncy Castle.
- If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, and ensure the area in, near or around the bouncy castle is kept well clear.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce too close to the front as someone could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt.
- Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or any other severe medical history is allowed on the Bouncy Castle.
- Please be aware of the tie down points and make the area behind the inflatable, where the electrical blower is sited, out of bounds.
- Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
- The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
- In the event of heavy rain, the Bouncy Castle should be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
- In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. If the blower does not work please do not open blower casing or anything that could harm you and call us immediately on 07811 403 680.
- The Bouncy Castle should not be used as a means of business when on hire to you, i.e. using it to raise money or sub-hiring without prior agreement by the Owner.
- No persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or medicines or any other intoxicating substance may participate.
