Q. What notice do I need to give for a booking?
A. It is best to give as much notice as possible, however we will do our utmost to accommodate last minute bookings.

Q. Does the price include delivery and set up?
A. Yes, the price includes delivery, set-up, demonstration and collection.

Q. How long can I have the equipment for?
A. As long as you like, subject to booking and availability.

Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. No problem, just give us a call. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I pay?
A. A payment of cash on arrival or debit or credit card prior to the hire.

Q. How long does it take to set-up?
A. Set up normally takes about 10 minutes, as does collection.

Q. How long does it take to inflate?
A. Under 2 minutes.

Q. Do I need to keep the unit plugged in?
A. Yes, while the inflatable is in use, the blower must remain switched on at all times to keep it inflated.

Q. What kind of power is required?
A. All of our products plug into a standard household outlet.

Q. Where can the equipment be used?
A. Indoors or outdoors subject to available space and a suitable electricity supply.

Q. How much room do I need?
A. This is specific to the unit you are hiring. If required (and local) we can carry out a site survey prior to the rental date. This will ensure you make the right decision and avoid disappointment on your special day!

Q. Are the castles clean?
A. Our castles are cleaned prior to arrival

Q. Are they safe?
A. Yes. Our equipment is inspected regularly. However, as with any activity involving small children, an adult MUST supervise the activity at all times. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bouncy Castle and other Inflatables.

Q. Are you Insured?
A. Yes. While it is not a legal requirement, we do hold public liability insurance.

Q. How do I know if I am hiring my Castle from a reputable company?
A. We are a professional local company. All our bouncy castles are certificated and appropriate safety matting and anchorage is always supplied.
